We are SO glad you’re here! It’s been a long time coming, but we’re so excited to finally launch our all new, very user-friendly website.

Just a quick note– A few customers have mentioned not being able to find the BBG2GO LOW meals– Each Fit Meal has a drop down menu right next to it that allows you to select the meal as is, or choose the Lift FIT or LOW option. (This is why the Fit Meal buttons say, “Select Options”)

  2. Good Morning Julie, My wife and I really like the new format on the website. We might be jumping the gun but could you tell us how to establish a login and password please. I don’t think I ever had a login and password, and when I click that I forgot my password it does not recognize my email. Thank you!

      You should be able to create a username and password under the “my account “tab and also at the time of checkout…

  3. What is the difference between Low and Fit? Thnk you.

    1. Fit meals are our standard health conscious meals- Low meals are exceptionally low in carbs- the carbs have been replaced with extra vegetables!

  4. Just a suggestion, nutrition info seems hard to find, especially after you already have it at home. Labels on packages would be helpful. Also website nutrition drop down would be useful as well.

    Tried my first meal today…pretty good!

  5. Hi Julie…does the new website not allow an email reminder on Mondays or did I do something wrong with the new format?

    1. Hi there! As you noticed, there are no more Monday reminders– instead, immediately after placing your order, you should receive an email confirmation. This ensures your order has been received. If you don’t seem to be getting the confirmation email, check to see if we ended up in your spam folder. I know a few others have missed the Monday reminder and my best suggestion at this point is maybe a weekly reminder in your phone 😉

  6. do these meals have to be ordered on a weekly basis or can I just stop in and pick a meal up a couple of times a week?

    1. Generally speaking, meals need to be pre-ordered– You can place your order any time during the week before Friday night at 9PM– and pick up/delivery day is every Monday. The best day to just stop in and buy one is Monday afternoon- there are usually meals left over after we’ve filled all the orders. Please note however, there is no long term commitment for ordering– order whenever you want or need meals!

  7. There is no email contact address? I could not find on your website. I need to make a change to an order I just placed to correct delivery address. Do we always have to call? No way to communicate by email?
